BK6 Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on BK6 or by accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all features of the platform including sports betting, fish games, bingo, withdrawals, promotions and any other service offered by BK6 now or in the future.

BK6 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date at the top. It is your responsibility to check this page from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and BK6.

2. Eligibility

To use BK6 you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BK6 does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be using the platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment only.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where doing so does not violate any applicable local laws or regulations that apply to you personally.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of BK6 or any of its service partners.

3. Accounts

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is not allowed and will result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed. If you accidentally create a second account, contact support immediately to have it resolved.

When you register, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, valid contact details and correct date of birth. Providing false information is grounds for account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — private and secure. BK6 is not responsible for any losses that result from unauthorised access to your account caused by you sharing your details or failing to keep them secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact BK6 support without delay.

BK6 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or behaviour that BK6 considers harmful to other players or the integrity of the platform.

4. Deposits

All deposits on BK6 are processed in PKR. The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in your account at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.

You may only deposit using payment methods that belong to you. Using a payment method registered to another person is not permitted. BK6 may request verification documents to confirm that the payment method belongs to the account holder before processing withdrawals.

Deposits are for the purpose of funding your BK6 account to place bets and play games. BK6 does not offer any form of credit or lending facility. You can only bet with funds that have been successfully deposited and credited to your account balance.

If a deposit is reversed, charged back or disputed by the payment provider, BK6 reserves the right to deduct the equivalent amount from your account balance and suspend your account pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest, usually processing within minutes during normal operating hours. Raast and bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

BK6 applies minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day. These limits are shown in the Withdrawal section of your account. For large amounts, BK6 may process the total across multiple transfers in accordance with the limits in place for the method being used.

Before your first withdrawal, or where BK6 has reason to verify your identity, you may be required to submit identification documents. This is a standard process to protect accounts and is not targeted at any particular player. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold.

Withdrawals from funds originating from active bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements attached to those bonuses. Funds from your own deposits that are not subject to a bonus are withdrawable once any applicable platform requirements are met. See the Bonuses section below for further detail.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

BK6 offers promotions and bonuses from time to time including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and other incentives. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are displayed when the promotion is active. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be played through before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports betting bets typically contribute 100%; game contributions vary and are stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• BK6 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a player has met the requirements, any remaining bonus balance may be removed from the account.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

Always read the specific terms of any promotion before claiming it. If you have a question about a bonus or its requirements, contact BK6 support before accepting the offer.

7. Betting Rules

BK6 offers sports betting markets including cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series), football, esports and other sports. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled by the player except where the platform explicitly offers a cash-out or edit-bet feature on that specific market.
• BK6 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an error in the odds was clearly present, where the outcome was known at the time the bet was placed, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event at BK6's discretion. Bets accepted before a suspension are not affected.
• For cricket: if a match is abandoned or reduced in overs, settlement rules are based on the relevant competition's official rules and BK6's market-specific terms displayed at the time of betting.
• Accumulators require all selections to win for the bet to be paid out. One void selection may reduce the accumulator rather than void the entire bet, depending on platform rules at the time.
• BK6 may impose maximum win limits on individual bets or accumulators. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.

Sport-specific rules for cricket, football, esports and other markets are available in the relevant sections of the platform. In case of any conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence for that market.

8. Games (Fish Games, Bingo and Others)

BK6 offers a range of games including fish games and bingo. These games use random number generation or equivalent certified randomisation systems to determine outcomes. All game results are final once a round is completed and cannot be reversed.

Game round history and session information is stored in your account and is available to review. If you believe a game result is incorrect due to a technical fault, contact support within 24 hours with your account details and the relevant round reference. BK6 will investigate and, where a genuine technical error is confirmed, will take appropriate corrective action.

Playing fish games and bingo involves an element of chance. Outcomes are not influenced by bet size, previous results or any other external factor. Past wins displayed on the Wins page reflect real results but are not a guarantee of future returns for any player.

BK6 reserves the right to add, remove or modify games on the platform at any time. Where a game is removed while you have funds wagered in an active round, BK6 will resolve the round fairly and credit any applicable return to your account balance.

9. Responsible Gaming

BK6 is an entertainment platform. Betting and gaming involve financial risk and are not a reliable way to make money. The platform is designed for adults who enjoy sports betting and games for recreational purposes and who can afford to participate without financial hardship.

BK6 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings to control how much you fund your account over a given period.
• Session Reminders: Enable time reminders so you are notified when you have been active on the platform for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or extended self-exclusion period through your account settings or by contacting support. During exclusion, you will not be able to log in or access the platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during gaming sessions to remind you of elapsed time and your net position in the session.

BK6 does not permit players to bet with money they cannot afford to lose. Never chase losses. If a session is going badly, the right call is always to stop and take a break rather than try to recover losses in the same session.

10. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BK6 and will result in immediate account suspension, closure and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one account per person, whether under your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any point when verification is requested.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical means to place bets, interact with games or manipulate platform systems.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes in betting markets or games. Where such exploitation is detected, BK6 reserves the right to void affected bets and recover any resulting winnings.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or using BK6 for any financial activity unrelated to genuine entertainment betting and gaming.
• Colluding with other players in betting markets or games in a way that artificially manipulates outcomes or payouts.
• Sharing account access with another person or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Making threats, using abusive language or harassing BK6 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

11. Privacy and Data

BK6 collects and processes personal information in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform operation. How this data is handled, stored and shared is described in detail in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering an account, you consent to BK6 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes sharing data with payment providers such as JazzCash and Easypaisa as necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals in PKR.

BK6 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Communication from BK6 — including promotional messages — will be sent to the contact details you provided at registration. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to These Terms

BK6 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates may be made to reflect changes to the platform, new features, payment methods, game categories or general operational requirements.

When Terms are updated, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date shown at the top. BK6 may also notify registered players of material changes via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

If you continue to use BK6 after updated Terms are published, you are considered to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
